Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VoxaFox you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms cover both VoxaFox AI agents (chatbots and voice) and VoxaFox AI Recruiter.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to represent your organization.

You agree not to use VoxaFox for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and the way your AI agents are configured.

If you use VoxaFox AI Recruiter, you are responsible for obtaining candidate consent where required by law before uploading a CV or inviting a candidate to an AI interview. Uploaded CV files are deleted automatically once processing completes; only the extracted structured data is retained. You must use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up or on your invoice, in the currency shown for your region. Usage limits (messages, CV parses, job posts, interviews, and similar) are enforced per plan and reset each billing cycle. Requesting a plan generates an invoice; your plan activates once payment is validated. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, including strict per-organization isolation. You retain ownership of the content and candidate data you upload.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On closure, data is retained for a limited recovery period and then may be permanently deleted.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxaFox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
