Cancellation & Refund Policy

VoxaFox is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. All plans are provided electronically as online subscriptions. There are no physical products, shipping, or deliverables involved.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time before your next billing cycle, either from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it does not renew.

Free plans are always free and are never charged, so no cancellation or refund is required. You can evaluate VoxaFox on a Free plan, with no card required, before upgrading.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Because subscription access and usage are made available to you immediately at the start of the cycle, fees are generally non-refundable once a cycle has begun. Cancelling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current cycle. We may still grant a refund at our discretion, and we will always issue one where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

If you are charged more than once for the same period, charged after a valid cancellation, or billed an incorrect amount, please contact us. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charge in full to your original payment method.

If a prolonged, verified outage or a fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a meaningful part of a billing cycle, contact us. We will make it right, typically with a service credit or a pro-rated adjustment for the affected period.

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and include your organisation name, the invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for your request. Our team will review it and respond, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Custom and enterprise agreements are governed by the cancellation and refund terms in their specific contract, which take precedence over this page.
